Hazard:  Missing or worn clamp pads can allow the chairs to detach from table surfaces, posing a fall hazard and injury hazard to children.

Neither Health Canada nor phil&teds® have received any reports related to the use of these chairs in Canada.

However, in the United States, phil&teds® and the CPSC have received 19 reports of the chairs falling from different surfaces, including five reports with injuries.

Consumers who previously received a repair kit with only rubber boots should also stop using the chair and contact the company for the new repair kit.

Hazard:  The glue attaching the glass outer envelope or globe to the body of the lamp can fail allowing the glass outer envelope to fall and strike persons and objects below, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Philips has received about 700 reports in the United States and 40 reports in Canada of lamps where the glue failed and glass outer envelope fell, and two reports of minor injury and three reports of minor property damage in the United States.

This voluntary recall involves Philips Energy Saver, also known as Marathon or Marathon Classic Compact Fluorescent dimmable reflector lamps, models R30, R40 and PAR 38 manufactured between March 2007 and May 2010.

Canadian Tire and Health Canada has received 12 reports of Simoniz Foam Tire Care exploding.
This recall involves Simoniz Foam Tire Care with product number 039-2929 that was purchased from Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited. The affected product comes in a 510g aerosol container with blue label and black cap. The total number of units impacted by this recall is approximately 167,000.

Remedy:  Consumers should immediately stop using Simoniz Foam Tire Care and return it to any Canadian Tire store with proof of purchase for a full refund.

Hazard:  The internal circuit board capacitor of the recalled battery separators can fail and lead to overheating, smoke, or fire during or after use, resulting in property damage or personal injury.
This recall involves certain battery separators sold under the brand Sure Power. These products are designed for use in a multi-battery application. Typically, the battery separator provides for additional battery power for operating accessories that have been added to a vehicle.

Hazard:  Delayed ignition can cause the fireplace's propane gas to explode and break or shatter the glass door. This poses a laceration hazard to consumers nearby.

Kingsman Fireplaces has received two reports of fireplace glass doors breaking.

This recall involves direct vent gas fireplaces sold under the name "Skyline Marquis collection". They run on propane gas. The following model numbers are being recalled and can be found on the rating plate located on the bottom of the fireplace near the valve control.
