Hazard:  When the wheeled board is placed in a vertical position it can disconnect from the car seat under certain conditions from the wheeled conveyance, which can pose a fall hazard to infants and toddlers.

Bugaboo North America is aware of one report of a fall involving an infant who sustained cuts and bruises.

Remedy: Consumers are requested to contact Bugaboo for a Warning Label Kit instructing correct use of the Travel System product combination.
